We stand behind The Polymarket Weather Playbook with a full 30-day money back guarantee. If you follow the course system, trade consistently as instructed, and do not see any results within 30 days of purchase — we will refund your payment in full.

1. Eligibility for a Refund

To be eligible for a refund under our 30-day guarantee, the following conditions must all be met:

Your refund request must be submitted within 30 days of your original purchase date

You must have watched all course modules in full

You must have actively traded on Polymarket weather markets using the system taught in the course

Your individual trades must not have exceeded 1% profit target per trade as instructed in the course

You must provide evidence of your trading activity when requested — such as screenshots of your Polymarket account showing trades placed

You must not have violated any of the Terms and Conditions of this course

The refund guarantee is designed to protect students who genuinely follow the system and still do not see results. It is not available to students who did not complete the course or did not follow the trading instructions provided.

2. Situations Where Refunds Will NOT Be Issued

We will not issue a refund in the following circumstances:

Your refund request is submitted more than 30 days after your purchase date

You have not watched the course content in full

You did not trade on Polymarket using the system as instructed

You exceeded the recommended 1% profit target per trade

You are requesting a refund simply because you changed your mind without attempting the system

You have shared, distributed, or reproduced any course content in violation of our Terms and Conditions

You have filed a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card provider before contacting us first

The request comes after you have already received a refund from us previously

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

1. Contact us via our website contact form within 30 days of your purchase. Include your full name, email address used at purchase, and date of purchase.

2. Provide evidence of your trading activity — screenshots of your Polymarket account showing trades placed using the course system.

3. We will review your request within 5 business days and respond to your email with our decision.

4. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

4. Chargebacks

We ask that you contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card provider. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us will result in immediate termination of your course access and may affect your eligibility for a refund.

We take chargebacks seriously and will provide full documentation to our payment processor to dispute any fraudulent chargeback claims.

5. Refund Processing Time

Once a refund is approved, please allow the following timeframes:

Stripe refunds — typically 5-10 business days to appear on your statement

Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or card provider

We will notify you by email once the refund has been processed on our end

6. Course Access After Refund

Upon processing a refund, your access to The Polymarket Weather Playbook and all associated course materials will be immediately revoked. You must not retain, copy, or use any course materials after receiving a refund.
